All payments and refunds for Opine are processed through our payment provider, Paddle.com. Any refund requests must be submitted through Paddle's support system, as we cannot process refunds directly to your payment method.

Refund Eligibility

You may be eligible for a refund in the following situations:

1. Technical Issues: If you experience technical difficulties that prevent access to Opine's services for more than 24 consecutive hours, you may request a prorated refund for the affected period.

2. Subscription Mistakes: If you accidentally purchased a subscription or selected the wrong plan, you may request a full refund within 48 hours of the initial purchase.

3. Trial Period Cancellation: If you cancel your subscription during the trial period, you will not be charged, and any pending payments will be canceled automatically.

4. Service Availability: If Opine experiences significant downtime exceeding our 99.9% uptime guarantee in any given month, you may be eligible for a prorated refund for the affected period.

Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be issued in the following cases:

• After conducting and analyzing surveys using our platform
• For accounts terminated due to violations of our Terms of Service
• For requests made more than 30 days after the purchase date
• For partial months of service after cancellation of an annual subscription
